If you love getting into the backcountry to shred through powder fields of snow, then you should be riding with us! MINT Snowboarding offers a wide range of private and group off piste snowboard guiding & tuition in the French alps.
The Portes Du Soleil has a vast area of backcountry terrain to ride and we have a team with the knowledge and experience to get you there. From classic off-piste itineraries, such as the Vallée de la Manche, taking you from the height of Avoriaz down to Morzine, right through to our very own secret spots… we know the area like the back of our hands.
That’s not all! At MINT Snowboarding we have one of the few fully qualified snowboard instructors in the world who are also a fully qualified mountain guide working with us. David Gladwin is a UIAGM / IFMGA Mountain Guide who has been living, working and playing in the Alps for over 20 years.
What does this mean to you? Well David can literally take you anywhere in the world you want to ride, this includes boot packing from the lift to the top of peaks, abseiling into couloirs and using ice axes and crampons to traverse glaciers. If you want to ride the classic Vallée Blanche in Chamonix or snowboard Mont Blanc, David can take you there.
