MINT Snowboarding since 2006. Award winning snowboard school

Valerio snowboard instructor

Valerio Antoniello

Our second Italian member of the team, Valerio hails from Turin and  started skiing when he was only 3 years old in the resort of Rucas. Luckily for us at MINT he found snowboarding at the age of 15 and never looked back. Over the coming years Valerio studied at University and spent winter seasons riding and working in France and Italy, finally qualifying as a snowboard instructor in the Dolomites.

Valerio’s favorite place to snowboard is in Sestriere, Italy.

If you are in the Portes du Soleil this winter keep an eye out for Valerio, he could be anywhere. He loves to seek out tons of powder and is equally happy stomping up the mountain by foot or on his splitboard to find the freshest snow, however you might also see him hitting kickers in the park, side hits on the piste or cruising through snow filled tree runs.

When the snow has melted Valerio cleans the dust off his climbing harness and mountain bike and spends the summer enjoying the mountains around Morzine where he lives all year round.
