MINT Snowboarding since 2006. Award winning snowboard school

Simone Galatioto, snowboard instructor in Morzine, Avoriaz

Simone Galatioto

Simone is our Italian smiling ball of fun and energy. He started snowboarding at 12 years old in the Aosta valley, Italy and then spent his next years all over the Italian Alps learning to snowboard and eventually becoming a fully qualified snowboard instructor.

His love for snowboarding was born out of his passion for surfing, looking for a way to ride sideways everyday, all year round. His favourite place to ride is the Portes Du Soleil and the Dolomites. If you are heading out off piste this winter keep an eye out for this guy, he loves powder and freeride.

If you happen to be on the Italian coast in the summer you might see him teaching surfing (yes there are waves in the Mediterranean sea) and windsurfing.
