TSA Shred Week Coaching Sessions, 2024
It’s soon time for our favourite week of the year, TSA Shred Week! As ever, MINT Snowboarding will be running coaching workshops to help you continue progressing and keep riding exciting & fun. There are sessions available for riders of all levels. There will also be FREE guiding and DISCOUNTED snowboard lessons for all! If you have got kids in tow, then we have Kids Group Lessons running during Shred Week too.
Here is the rundown of what we have on during TSA Shred Week 2024!
FREESTYLE & TECHNICAL COACHING WORKSHOPS
MONDAY 8 APRIL
TIME TBA: FREE SOCIAL SHRED WITH THE MINT SNOWBOARDING TEAM
Only available to those booked on the TSA week…
Shred around Avoriaz with the MINT Team. Everyone is welcome on this Social Shred. We will take you to our favourite runs & show you all the side hits! There is no coaching involved in this session.
TUESDAY 9 APRIL
09.30 – 12.00: IMPROVER PROGRESSION
For those who have done a week or two of snowboarding and want to focus on developing technique, building confidence and riding more challenging runs, join us for this session to kick start your week in resort and really progress your riding.
13.30 – 16.00 FLATLAND TRICKS
Flatland tricks are great fun and spring slushy snow is the best time learn them. In this session we will teach you everything you need to know to master new buttering tricks whilst making them look easy, fluid and stylish.
WEDNESDAY 10 APRIL
09.30 – 12.00: TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
For intermediate & advanced level riders who have had little or no formal coaching. We will focus on specific technical aspects of snowboarding which will change the way you ride and enhance your enjoyment of the mountain.
13.30 – 16.00: SIDE HIT SENDING
It’s spring and the side hits are bedded in. There is nothing better than riding your favourite run, hitting the side hits along the way. We will teach you new tricks & skills to get you spinning & grabbing all the way down Prolays.
THURSDAY 11 APRIL
09.30 – 12.00: PARK SKILLS
Have you got park tricks that you want to get dialled before the season is out? Join us on this session to progress your riding on the jumps, rails & boxes. It’s an awesome opportunity to learn some new tricks and gain confidence riding in the park.
FRIDAY 12 APRIL
09.30 – 12.00: SHRED THE STASH
Join one of our Stash Gurus and learn the techniques to riding all the different features it has to offer. Learn how to take your park & piste tricks into The Stash and look like a pro!
