Established in 2013, the MINT Kids Snowboard Club‘s aim is to give kids living locally to Morzine the opportunity to learn and progress their snowboarding at an affordable price. Our team of instructors are passionate beyond measure about getting the local kids shredding, providing a fun and engaging environment for your kids to develop and ride with their friends. It’s generally hard to tell who is having more fun, the instructors or the kids as the air is literally buzzing with excitement at every session!
Ages:
The club is open to kids of 3 yrs and up (with occasional sessions for 2 year olds).
Levels:
Groups are run for all levels, from total beginners to our freestyle rippers who want to learn tricks as well as charge around the mountain. We take great care to place your child in a group course to suit their ability and confidence level. Don’t worry if you are not sure on your child’s level, we will assess this.
As usual we are kicking off the season with a Pre-Christmas Camp to get all the youngsters of the valley amped for the season ahead. The camp will run on Saturday 14th and Wednesday 18th December 2024. Open to all ages (2 yrs +) and levels.

A 1 hr Micro-Shred taster session for the tiny ankle biters aged 2 or 3 yrs wanting to have a go at snowboarding but not ready to commit to 2 days.

The weekly snowboard club will start on the weekend of 4th / 5th January 2025, running for a total of 10 weeks (two blocks with a break in February). Kids can join us on either a Saturday or a Sunday.
Block 1 (6 weeks)
Saturdays: 4th January / 11th January / 18th January / 25th January / 1st February / 8th February
Sundays: 5th January / 12th January / 19th January / 26th January / 2nd February / 9th February*
Block 2 (4 weeks)
Saturdays: 8th March / 15th March / 22nd March / 29th March
Sundays: 9th March / 16th March / 23rd March / 30th March

For groups of 3 & 4 year old total beginners we may suggest these run on the Pleney (only if it suits all members of the group) due to more suitable lifts.
If the times / days don’t quite work for you then please let us know, we have the flexibility to add extra groups at different times, inc a Wednesday. If you have a group of friends who wish to do Kids Club lessons in a different PDS ski area then we can organise this too – we just want to get your kids snowboarding!
