Now in its 19th year, the ever-popular Technical Performance Snowboard Camp is the ultimate winter improvement week — designed to help you take your riding to the next level. With five full days of coaching and seven nights of catered accommodation, this is the perfect blend of progression, adventure and a true mountain holiday.
This camp is built for intermediate and advanced adult riders who have had little or no formal coaching. Spending a full week on snow with a professional instructor can make a huge difference to your technique, confidence and overall enjoyment of the mountain.
Across the week, you’ll develop a solid, adaptable riding platform and progress all areas of your technical riding — carving, steeper terrain, off-piste, bumps and freestyle. You’ll learn specific techniques such as torsional flex, and pedalling that give you more control, precision and responsiveness across all terrain. It’s all about unlocking the full potential of both you and your equipment.

Over the week, the coaching focuses on developing strong technical skills that will improve every element of your riding. If you’ve never had formal coaching before, expect big breakthroughs — many riders are amazed at how much they progress in just five days.
We run a minimum of two coaching groups — and up to six groups in December — allowing us to split guests according to ability, goals and learning speed. There’s always room to switch groups during the week to ensure you’re in the perfect fit.
Travelling alone? Ideal. Most guests on our camps book solo, and we design every camp with solo travellers in mind. You’ll join a small group of riders at a similar level and finish the week with new skills, new confidence and a whole new crew of snowboard friends.
All three of our Technical Performance Snowboard Camps for winter 2025/2026 will be based at Hotel du Lac, beautifully nestled on the shores of the magical Lac de Montriond. You can expect a brilliant snowboard community vibe throughout the week, with the friendly hotel team on hand to welcome you, look after you and ensure you have a fantastic stay. And yes — the food in their restaurant is delicious, and a firm favourite among Morzine locals.
Exclusively for our pre-season Technical Performance Camp in December 2025, we also offer a luxurious upgrade option: Chalet Doyen, hosted by our friends at Treeline Chalets and located in Morzine village. Enjoy the property’s chic elegance, high-end touches and exclusive features — including a fisheye barrel sauna and outdoor hot tub, the perfect place to unwind after a full day on the mountain.

Benefit from 5 full days of coaching in small groups. Coaching runs for 5 days, with a day off mid-week with a mid-week rest day to relax, recover, or head back out on snow to enjoy your new skills.
Day 1 — Advancing Riding Technique
We begin by analysing your riding and building on your existing skills. Coaching is tailored to the areas you most need, with equipment advice and setup optimisation to ensure your board is working with you, not against you.
Day 2 — Movement Skills & Board Performance
Develop the key movement skills that drive technical progression and improve board performance. We’ll also film your riding (with zero pressure!) so we can analyse your technique and target coaching to your specific needs.
Day 3 — Applying Skills Across the Mountain
Put everything from the first two days into practice as you ride a variety of terrain and tasks. The focus is on using your equipment effectively and developing a smooth, fluid riding style across the whole mountain.
Day 4 — Off-Piste Development
Take your skills into natural terrain, riding ungroomed snow and varied conditions. This is where technique, adaptability and control come together to boost your confidence beyond the piste markers.
Day 5 — Freestyle Foundations
Learn introductory freestyle skills both in and out of the snowpark, including switch riding and fundamental trick basics — rounding out your technical development for a more versatile, dynamic riding style.
