Combine core principles of yoga on the mat with your snowboard technique in the mountains. Emily has developed this yoga clinic, Fear, Flow & Snow, especially for the MINT December Snowboard Camps to help enhance your learning with our instructors.
Emily will guide you through a yoga practice to strengthen and stretch areas of the body directly related to snowboarding. Following this you’ll work together to break down your fears, the rational and irrational boundaries we create, and learn techniques to use on the mountain to elevate your snowboarding.
