We are back from two days of snowboarding action at Tamworth snowdome for the Snowboard Asylum Big Bang Snowboard Show. As ever, this annual event was fully packed with coaching sessions, demo kit, pro-rider appearances, the Burton Riglet park and much, much more.
This year Tammy from MINT Snowboarding was honoured to be called in to teach all female groups with Olympians Jenny Jones and Lesley McKenna. Jenny Jones is the well known face of UK snowboarding in recent years having won bronze at Sochi in slopestyle as well as 3 X-Games gold medals. Lesley McKenna is equally legendary, a triple Olympian and the only snowboarder from the UK to have ever won a half pipe 
World Cup event and to have led the half pipe World Cup standings.
This power crew joined forces at Tamworth to help introduce females into freestyle snowboarding. The sessions were hugely successful, resulting in beaming faces and huge leaps in progression.
