WINTER 2024 – 2025 OPENING DATES – MORZINE, AVORIAZ & LES GETS

Morzine in winter

It’s time to start looking forward to next winter on the ski slopes in Morzine & the Portes du Soleil. Opening dates for the ski lifts have been released and we will keep updating this page as further dates are announced.

MORZINE / PLENEY

Opening: Saturday 14th December 2024 – partial opening | Saturday 21st December 2024 full opening

Closing: Sunday 6th April 2025*

* Just because the Pleney lifts are shutting does not mean that skiing / snowboarding in Morzine is over for the season!!! From Morzine, Montriond and the surrounding villages you can easily access the Avoriaz lift system. The ski lifts lifts will still be open in Avoriaz and the rest of the Portes du Soleil until 21st April 2025. From an accommodation base in Morzine you can access Avoriaz either by free shuttle buses to both Prodains & Ardent or you can take the Super Morzine télécabine which departs from the centre of Morzine. Generally connections remain open to Chatel & the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil until the end of the season in Avoriaz (conditions dependent).

• From an accommodation base in Morzine you can either access the Morzine / Pleney ski slopes or the Avoriaz lift system. See below for the Avoriaz opening & closing dates.
